Do you want to appeal a ban? Please complete the following!
1) Provide your in-game name along with what game that you were banned on. You will also need to provide us with what date your ban was put in affect.
2) Provide your email address so we can notify you when a decision has been made.
3 ) Include the reason why you are appealing your ban.
*** when the Appeals Committee completes your appeal request, you will receive an email containing the committee's decision.
